Ministry of Defence of Sri Lanka has issued, through the Sri Lanka Navy, inviting bids under the International Competitive Bidding(ICB) procedure for the procurement of 2,000,000 No's of Plain Detonators for the CEFAP Unit of Sri Lanka Navy. The deadline for bid submission is 20 October 2026.
